Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
zenithcorres shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government regulations.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and zenithcorres regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
